After breakfast take a ten-minute walk across the Victoria Bridge to the Cultural Centre pontoon. From here enjoy a relaxing cruise to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, the world’s first and largest koala sanctuary. With over 90 years of experience, Lone Pine is home to 130 koalas and over 70 species of other native Australian animals. Meet a koala, hand-feed the kangaroos or wild lorikeets, and marvel at their two playful platypus.

New Farm Park and South Bank
This morning, hop on the City Cat ferry, and sail under Story Bridge to New Farm Park. Spend the morning at this heritage-listed riverfront park, where the kids will love the fort like playground or you can drop into the onsite café for a coffee and relax on the grass.
Take the ferry back to South Bank in time for lunch, and then head to Streets Beach, Australia’s only inner-city man-made beach. Take a dip in the sparkling lagoon waters or just relax on powder white sand.

North Stradbroke Island
Take a tour of North Stradbroke Island today, starting with a pick up from the hotel. With your guide accompanying the family, catch the ferry over to the island and explore Brown Lake, have a walk in the gorge and hopefully see some sea life from Visit Point Lookout.
Enjoy a relaxing lunch at Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel before some beach time at Cylinder Beach. Finish the day by learning some Aboriginal history at Myora Springs before returning to your hotel.

Australia Zoo and drive to Noosa
Check out of the W Brisbane and take an hour drive north to Australia Zoo, where you can learn about animal conservation and visit over a hundred species of animals. Maybe even surprise the kids with an animal encounter with a meerkat, koala or tiger!
When you’re ready to leave, drive another hour to the relaxed coastal town of Noosa. Check into your two-bedroom apartment at Tingirana Noosa, overlooking Laguna Bay.

If it’s a Wednesday or Sunday you’re in luck, as the Eumundi Market is on. This lively open-air market is a Sunshine Coast icon where you can enjoy over 600 stalls filled with fashion, homewares, and local produce. Enjoy listening to musicians while you wander around and grab a bite to eat for lunch.
Don’t worry if you’ve missed the market, instead spend some time wandering the style hub of Noosa, Hastings Street, which is home to an exciting range of boutiques offering fashion labels, unique jewellery, surf gear, homewares, art and beauty products, with many offering local labels.
Spend the afternoon relaxing in the pool, or on the beach and soak up some sun.

Spend the morning challenging yourselves with a private surfing lesson, where the whole family can enjoy the famous Noosa waves. Not sure about surfing? No problem, maybe try some stand up paddle boarding or a beach horse ride?
